If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

OK... last week I Curled for the first time ever. Have seen it on ESPN now and again, but we needed a team building activity for our Accounting Manager meetings and I organized a Curling Activity at the Club in Green Bay.
I have to say it was rather exciting and really emphasized the team aspect, so it was a huge hit with the entire group. Was funny to watch our group out on the ice for the first time with the "shoe" (very slippery shoe element to allow you to really glide on ice with one foot).
Are there any curlers out there in the group?
Was a little soar the following day, but not too bad.

Hey there I curled for a couple of years but gave it up due to ongoing back problems...all that sweeping! So what is a curling rock people ask..."It's forty-two pounds of polished granite, bevelled on the belly and a handle a human being can hold. And it may have no practical purpose in itself but it is a repository of human possibility and if it's handled just right" "Hurry....Hurry...Harder...Harder!"
I've got AS, and the only prescription is "more cowbell"

Yep, I'm a curler. Although not as much now. Not because of my back but more because of my young kids. I do however coach the "Little Rocks" program at our club in Ottawa.
It's a great sport. Lots of strategy.
Hopefully you will be able to catch some of it during the Olympics. Put your money on Canada, we're a powerhouse in the sport.

As a proud Canuck, I have to admit to never having curled. However, it is an oddly exciting sport to watch - kind of like shuffleboard on ice. So, like any proud Canuck, I do watch it sometimes. Tim, it's great you got your company together for this sport. I'll bet everyone had a ball - um, I suppose "I'll bet everybody rocked" would be more appropriate in this case. How many people followed the rock down the ice on their butts? Also, you put me in mind of Men With Brooms - an amazing movie!! Hugs,
Kat
