Hiya to all,

Had a good holiday, the kids are nearly back at school another week (kids are on long summer break here) and a half, going to miss them a lot.

Been busy, over did it ended up on a drip for a night last week but all and all I'm going quiet well at the moment, the secret seems to be staying away from the Dr.s.....not sure what it was might have been a touch of toxic colon again....

Going to physio and hydro and getting lots of sun which seems to help alot got alot of mobility back, can't quite beat the neck pain etc, but all in all. So every other day we go snorkelling etc great to be active again.

what I've learnt from the physio and the facet mobilising is all that strange pain or years has a defininte cause.......and I know where for sure now. Strangely there are three spondyies in the hydro class!!!!!

I hope everyone is going great guns....got to go for a walk

Great to hear you have been going fairly ok and enjoying time with the kids.Sorry to hear that you ended up in hospital though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Enjoy the last week of holidays with the kids,as its going to be so hot today I will probably go to the beach this afternoon(late) with Jason to cool off,sounds like a plan .

Glad to hear you are getting to snorkel with your kids - thats fantastic. It is one thing I manage to do also and I love it Yes the school holidays have been great - my kids are not keen to go back to school! Do you and the other spondies get to talk much at the pool?

The days have been busy here in the NW of West Australia - 2 cyclones in two weeks - sheesh.
