If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Marcus: Your problems sound familiar to me. Being on NSD since summer 2001, in summer 2004 I wasn't very well. Tried minocicline also. Someone here told me about Candida connection, an then tried with Bee Propolis, bee's stuff having much healing properties for our gut: natural antibiotic and fungicide, etc. After two months on NSD+Bee Propolis (very esasy and cheap to buy) my intake of drugs was only 1/4. Nowadays I need only 25 mg Indometacine every other day. Some other kickers here in my town tried also, wiht good results. Hi Agur,
I have tried Bee Propolis on & off. What amount do you take of it. How long were you on the minomicin & did it help or make the AS worse. So you think your AS was linked to candida. What did you do diet wise for the candida. Did you cut out all sugars including fruit.
Interesting article!

Keep posting, at least occasionally, Ike. I think it is wonderfully important that "forgetters" come back and post. And don't worry about going off on the "life-changing stuff"; that's an inspiring message people can benefit from hearing. Before I changed my diet, I was the type of guy who thought a calorie is a calorie is a calorie--and we're all dead in the end, anyway. Now, I realize what a profound effect diet (and life-style) has on day-to-day living. Arthritis is complicated, and certainly there are some who just can't benefit from diet/habit modification; but why on this good green earth not try, and if met with failure, try, try again?
You can find the darndest things on the net.

Good post ZDog....
Very much agree with your sentiments why everyone would not at least try.. the reward is too much to ignore. But to each there own I guess and if they do not want to try that is their personal decision.
Added the success story thread for those posters that have come and gone to leave their influence. Every success story is an inspiration.

Marcus:
I'm taking propolis on alcohol. Apitherapists recommend this amount: 30 drops x 3 times x day. There is propolis on oil and in capsules also, but in diferent amounts.
Minocin? Surely DragonSlayer could explain to you how work different antibiotics against Klebsiella. My problem was (I think) one gut-ecology question: when common antibiotics kill some bacteries, other bacteries or fungs take their place. Candida for example.
Some literature about propolis say that it has properties against much differents bacteriae and also against fungi. Propolis operate (you can read in these papers) differently from common antibiotics and fungicide. It heals your gut.
Apitherapists say that propolis is not incompatible with other treatments. Propolis with Minocin? Maybe. I decided to try it alone, and worked very well. Always I'm on NSD, but lately am able to eat some starch without problems: lentills, garbanzo beans, etc... in little amounts, of course. Never had problems with fruits (not oranges, very acides to me). Even ripe bananas are o.k. now for me. Only sugar I take is raw honey.
It's worth to try. Cheer up!
Pello.

Hi Pello: Your article about propolis is very interesting and inspiring. What kind or brand of propolis you use ? There are many different kinds of propolis, some are liquid ,some are in capsules. And the percentage and ingredient of propolis differs from brand. But all of them are not cheap at all(every 1 ml cost about US1.5)

Hi Pello,
Thanks for the articles very interesting. Actually I don't think I had tried Propolis before as I was having Royal Jelly. From reading your article Propolis is what I should be taking for it's Antibiotic qualities. I'm going to stay on Minomicin M,W,F & try the Propolis as well & see what happens. According to your results it's deffinately worth a try. What do you think is the best liquid or capsules. Sorry about getting my words mixed up as it was late!

Hello, Charlie and Marcus.
European brands surely aren't available in Taiwan or USA. Herbalist stores sells it here.
Capsules or liquid? Every apitherapist may have his preference. I know two doctors+apitherapist from Argentina wich recommend propolis in alcohol (alcoholic propolis?).
Usual propolis percentage over alcohol is 25%. On the Net I saw someone selling propolis 50% and 65% in the USA (http://www.beehivebotanicals.com/bee-propolis.html), but here these percentages aren't known.
Liquid propolis must be drunk dilued on 1/2 water glass.
You must ask to herbalist. Or also you can ask it to one apitherapist. Via pm I'll send the e-mail of Moises Asis, in Miami.
Pello.
