If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Laura - Did you ever get around to trying one of these pillows? I was so inspired by this thread, I decided to branch out from the ridiculous but beloved feather pillow I've slept with for decades. I found one at Costco Online; a NovaForm Contour Memory Foam (temperature sensitive) pillow for $28.99. All I can say is "aaaaahhhhh!!!!!", these last few days have been the first in several months relatively free of neck pain. Thanks to all who posted on this subject. I was sceptical at first... I had tried a temperature sensitive foam mattress years ago and hated it - too stiff and hard. Maybe the foam mattress was of a different density or quality, maybe we kept our bedroom too cool (windows open). This pillow seems softer and more yielding, yet holds my head and neck in alignmant all night, both side and back lying. So far, no jaw problems. I will try to attach Costco Online's pillow page. Hope this will inspire others to try changing pillows. Such a simple thing can make a big difference. Now if we could just get around to trying another mattress... - Patrice Always know in your heart that you are far bigger than anything that can happen to you.
I read recipes the same way I read science fiction. I get to the end and think, "Well, that's not going to happen."
