Hello Everyone, My surgery on Oct 5th was a success. They removed part of the femoral head and bone allowing my legs to spread open. It is awesome to see the legs this far apart!  I haven't seen them spread like this in years  The pressure sore on the inside of the left is not as bad as the doctors thought it would be. They are going to wait a few days to see how it responds to treatment. At first they thought I would need plastic surgery, but now they are not sure. Thank You to everyone who had me in their thoughts and prayers. With all your good thoughts, It helped make my surgery a success. God Bless!! Gary

So glad to hear the good news Gary. Better yet to avoid any more surgery on the sores.
One step at a time, eh? Hips will be next and then we'll have trouble keeping up with you. Renewed health.
