Hello Paul, So good to hear from you. It has been awhile since I've talked to the good people here at KA. I hope life is treating you kindly and hope your family is well and you are too. I'm doing really good these days. Life has become much easier... both family life and married life. My health is getting better too, my mental health is much better and I now have 10 months sobriety. I also have a therapist, psychiatrist and marriage counselor. They've helped a lot.  I have had another knee surgery recently and walking is still very painful, what can I say... old knees. So good to chat with you again. I've been missing KA and just had to come back. Big Hugs, Coleen Ann
