Jungeworm,

If you will select SEARCH from the links at the top of the forum, enter Klebsiella pneumoniae into the KEYWORD box, change the NEWER box to 5 yrs, you will get 680 places on the site where this is discussed. You may also narrow this search by choosing a forum such as the NSD.

Good luck...if you need any help finding more information, PM me. I will help you find someone that will answer your question.

Take care and Welcome to KA!! It is a great place!!
Holly

Thank you Holly... I was thinking the same thing originally... and was quite surprised that it was a Moderator making the post

Hey John,

when it comes to politics you seem pretty crabby, so I don't think I'll ask you 'so how's it going?' !

-just mind the ranch -

'Then you should say what you mean,' the March Hare went on. 'I do,' Alice hastily replied; 'at least - at least I mean what I say - that's the same thing , you know.' 'Not the same thing a bit!' said the Hatter.

And some wonder why I don't come around here much anymore.

This is EXACTLY why I have chosen not to be an active member of this group any longer. I am so damned tired of the stupid cliques and double standards that seem to run rampant in this forum. I have been here longer than most members, yet have come to feel like an outsider, simply due to the fact that I do not share the same NARROW-MINDED opinion about some of the aspects of this disease. Because ONE person chooses to go one route in combating AS, FOR EXAMPLE NSD, which I have tried, and had NO success, other than it dropping my blood sugar danergously low, where I was advised BY MY DOCTOR not to continue, besides, as Brad and I found out on our last meeting, we love our starches!

This nonsense of the NSD wars if beyond pathetic, John, GROW UP for crying out loud, you are not the ruler of the free world when it comes to NSD, as with everything in life, we are humans capable of free choice, CONTRARY to how you seem to feel it necessary to cram your beliefs about NSD down everyone's throat who DARE disagree with you.

I find it utterly pathetic that the moderators/admin of this forum ALLOW someone with this narrowmindness and MEEA SPIRITED ATTITUDE to be a position of authority and power in ANY FORM.

If you choose to belittle someone and call them on their behaviour Holly, how about reading the thread in order and seeing it was not Brad, but John that attacked. I find it truly pathetic that his behaviour was not called immediately and he reprimanded for this sort of demeaning and JUVENILE behaviour.

This is NOT the kickas I joined, what almost 7 years ago, this has turned into a circus, and a place to belittle, degrade and ostrisize fellow members.

Those whom I have chosen to keep in touch with, know how to reach me, the rest, enjoy the pettiness that this place has become.

Toodles
Jennifer

Jennifer,

I was not calling out Brad and I read the entire thread...twice. I was simply reminding EVERYONE of the agreement. Let me assure you that the issues ARE being addressed, privately, as they should be addressed.

I sincerely hope that you do not choose to leave over this, Jennifer!!! We need you here!!

Holly

I have always been struck by the alacrity with which some find offence in others' posts. A simple recognition that some of us are old and grumpy (not helped by having AS) would spare this tedious whining. But if you feel better for it then it's OK . No offence taken.
