If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Sharon and welcome to KA! I see you have both AS and FM. So, which came first for you? I have both as well, but my FM is a result of too many years of non-stop pain from undiagnosed AS. Now, my body just sends pain signals because it's used to doing so. Hugs, Kat "Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall." - Confucius

Hi Kat My AS came first but like you went undiagnosed for years. Do you mind me asking where your worst pain is? Thanks for replying I feel this is a lifeline.

For me, it really depends on the day. My problem areas are thoracics and SI in that order, with my neck (left side at skull) running a close second. Lately, my elbows have been twinging if I have them bent for more than a few minutes and the last couple of days, my left knee has been brutal. But I think that may be something tissue related, as it started after an amazing massage on Saturday morning when she worked on my shins and hamstrings a fair bit. How about you?
