If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Has anybody used this site to try and find family members? Would it cause anybody any concern if I did. I have been doing research into my family tree. I have the obituary of my great grandmother that lists several names of her offspring. She died in 1945 after a short illness and had been crippled for many years. When my dad saw this obituary he said he thinks this is the person buried in a sitting position. Could I list the surnames of people I might be looking for and the general area where they lived. I do have AS in case anyone is wondering. I thought I'd mention that since I don't post often enough to be a commonly recognized member. I am thinking some of the people who may share this greatgrandmother may share this affliction.
See ya ... René

I have no issue with you searching... already feels like one big family to me already.... maybe your research will confirm the issue Tim If you get up one more time than you fall, you will make it through - Chinese Proverb

Hi René, I spent three years doing my family tree on my father's side (Lester) before I got stuck in the 1700's and haven't been able to make the trip to the town to review the records they have where I got stuck. On my mother's side I have not gotten as far, because my great grandparent's were sent here from Germany. Brent Sandy

I am looking for anyone in the general Toronto area of Ontario. They or some descendant would have one of the following last names: Lacey, Timbers or Ward. My greatgrandmother's married name was Lacey. She had 4 children, two daughters and two sons. One daughter married a Ward and the other a Timbers. If this looks familiar to anyone send me a massage any way you are comfortable.
Thanks ... René

I have used those sites and they, and some like them have been very helpful. I found the newspapers that some my relatives obituaries were in. That is how I found the names I listed. I was hoping to avoid calling all the names in the phone book to try and find these people. This was a long shot no doubt but it was a shot none the less.
Thanks for the advice ... René
