I'm reliably informed ...(!)... that sex releases something called endorphines into the blood stream. Endorphines are the body's own morphine-like chemicals, so yes, pain will be less after sex - as long as it's not overly acrobatic... Doubtless a feeling of relaxation (or is that exhaustion?) is also present, and any way to relax those involuntarily tensed-up muscles is a great... tool(?) for relieving AS pain.... Doestn work for me too much either. Plus with this little four months old around, I am not really interested - something in my blood too?? :)) You can guess he always starts crying when we try something - obviously he doesnt want any brothers or sisters.
I only write about it and he screams, does he know everything I think of???

hmmmm......looks like Jasper is tuned in! I grew up sheltered and was shy. Now that I'm older I'm trying to remember if I had sex before AS or did I have AS before sex....the answer is, I'm blushing......Arthur

Yup, I find it helps me..
To be honest, anything that gets the adrenalin going helps out a little bit :

wow, you noticed the same thing too. But I hadn't yet noticed the rebound effect - except perhaps with coffee (not sure about it)
