If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi All, I stopped taking Remicade 7 months ago due to raised ALT's (probably caused by the Remicade), I was taking the normal dose then, but my Rheumy has now decided to start me off again on a lower dose, as my ALT's are now back to normal. I consume relatively low amounts of alcohol on a weekly basis & I'm just wondering if it would be safe for me to continue? As I really enjoy a drink. I've asked my Rheumy & he said I should be OK. Basically I'm just after some of your valued opinions, is it safe to drink alcohol whilst taking these Anti TNF drugs? I thank you all in advance. Best wishes. George. Jasper

George,
I love the Margarita's but the Remy holds me back. I tried just one big one and I started to feel a buzz. The next day my balance was off. It made me say no alcohol on remy, but maybe just a few sips is cool. I'm drooling just thinking about a cold one.....aghhhhhh. Arthur

Arther, Nothing like a cool beer, Glug! Glug! Glug! Burp! Pardon me! I think it's probably down to common sence regarding alcohol, just enjoy a little from time to time, helps me relax & chill out. Not to excess of course, gave that up before I got married & the ciggies. One has to have a bit of pleasure in life though. Thanks for the reply & take care, not to much sex. To much alcohol & sex doesn't work. George. Jasper
