Are you speaking of honey, fructose & dextrose? Dextrose is found in artificial sweetners. Are they ok to use?

Fruit sugars are glucose, fructose and sucrose; honey is made up of glucose and fructose. (I wonder what the bees do with the sucrose?) Oh, and dextrose is glucose ...
