If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Friends, Without Jeanna's express permission I'm going to blow her modesty and shout from the virtual rooftops that yet again she has amazed her preceptors with both her natural and hard-earned talents. Even in her most feared area, Internal Medicine, she has scored very highly indeed. Jeanna just had her evaluation for this rotation a few moments ago. There are 20 areas in which she has been evaluated, and in a private interview the chief of the service started by telling her in great detail her how he has very rarely given a score above 3 for any area. Well, to quote Jeanna her score was " coated in 4s". Under each score there is a space for comments and words like excellent, superb, and phrases like far beyond expectation were in abundance. It seems like there are several icings on this particular gluten-free cake. One that particularly rings in my ears is that she was told that she was in the top 10% ever to be scored by this chief. Another that makes me smile is that when talking to other students another chief mistakenly refered to her as a qualified Doctor, and had to be corrected by her team. Yet another (remember she was dreading this service) is that her evaluation finishes with "would make an excellent internal medicine resident". OK, enough shouting, now huddle round and listen: My sweetie and everyone's friend here at KA is going through living hell at the moment. She is at an all time low physically and is scared to death about the seemingly unrelenting grip this nightmare disease has on her. Of course I will be at her side though every moment when we are together in years to come but while we're apart, please join me in giving every support you can to the most special girl in the world. Jeanna - hang in there kiddo!! Congratulations on your evaluation but it isn't a surprise to any KA'ers.Your compassion and caring shines through on all of your posts. Wish I could take some of your pain right now - you have no idea of the number of lives you touch with your postings.

Awwww Loz Did ya really think that Jeanna would not be a shining star, no matter what rotation she is in? Jeanna You are the type of person to give what ever you are involved in 110% and then a little extra more. I have told you before, and I am sure I will tell you again. You are a hell of a woman, and I am so very proud of you. Try to take it easy, enjoy your time with Loz, and know that I am always here for you. Love ya Lori

Jeanna's successes re her evaluations do not surprise me at all. She automatically starts in the top 10 % by just being Jeanna. I hope that the good feelings re her accomplishments, will help her deal the pain she is going through now. She has a family of ASKickers who are so terribly proud of her. Love and admiration to a great gal. Hugs, George

Jeanna -
I applaud you and your efforts. I can't imagine trying to do all those rotations and the other work that is involved. You are the superior woman!!! Hang in there with the flare and try to rest and acknowledge what you have done, because it is awsome.
All the best!
Allison
