If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello all,
Long time no post - I am doing extremely well on the NSD, but need some help with a drug I have been prescribed. I have a problem in my upper back related to an old rugby injury which has been exacerbated by holding my new baby. I don't think it is AS related directly at least. I have been presrcibed tiocolquicosido (Adalgur N) as it is called in Portugal, which is meant to be a muscle relaxant. Any thoughts on taking this, in particular with regard to diet compliancy? Many thanks, Charlie

Hi, Charlie:
Good to see you back again.
If it passes the iodine test, it should be safe. Additionally, most muscle relaxers do not have the mucosa-destroying properties of NSAIDs. If one ingredient is a salicylate component or something similar, there should be some reservation, but otherwise it is probably safe.
Good luck with the baby and all. Have you been to a chiropractor or osteopath about the upper back? I had a very bad problem (trick diaphragm trigger) a guy fixed in about four visits.
Best Regards, John

Charlie, great to hear from you again. I took muscle relaxant one time when I got myself in a pickle with my gall bladder, and they worked great. Still had to have my gall bladder removed, but they did help with the spsm pain. George
