I know this is going to sound strange but... Has anyone ever had the measles or pinworms. I have heard that both of those things can cause arthritis and arthritic like inflamation (pinworms will only if left untreated for a significant period of time). Just wondering. Stacey

Hi Stac~ I had German measles as a child. NO PINWORMS..... barf. I know, it happens, but thank goodness not to me!!  Stacie

sorry stacey all I ever had was the mump when I was really young and the chicken pox when I was 25 years old...and I already had back problems but I have learned that with AS anything is possible......oak I am older then I look and I feel older than I am

I apparently had measles at some point, but I remember chicken pox better. No pinworms, thank goodness. ICK! Hugs, Kat
