I am feeling so happy and excited I just had to share!!!!!
Some of you know that my 20 year old daughter went to England to work as a nanny for a year,she is now living in Scotland. Well the year is just about up,she will be home in 10 days!!!!!!! I cant wait to hold her close to me again.We have always been close,so the last year has been hard for me.There have been times where I have just wanted to give up,but the thought of Amy,and some special friends here have kept me going.Now my daughter is coming home and I feel like I could explode with happiness....lol....
My other daughter Kathy and my son Jason have given me all the love and support they can,they have been the best,but I still felt like a part of me was missing,now we can all be together again,I will feel whole.
So the countdown begins....lol.....

Shirl - this is great. I bet you'll find you're health may even improve a little bit when you are altogether again.
My daughter also spent a year in Scotland so I know how you feel.

I am just so excited about her coming home at long last,I cant even explain how happy....lol.....people keep saying to me "hasent this year gone fast" NO,its been the longest year of my life!!!!! We have been in touch all the time,with phone calls and emails,but its not the same as feeling her arms around me telling me its ok to cry or be angry or whatever.Ive missed her terribly,cant wait to hold her!!!!!!
I have a beautiful photo of Amy with the baby she has been looking after,I will ask Michelle if she can help me to put it here.

The first month was the hardest,I tried not to leave the house at all because if Amy`s name was mentioned I would cry....lol.....we have always been extremly close.She has had a great year but is looking forward to coming home now.Its going to be hard for her to say bye to the kids she has looked after,she has grown to love them.She is just as excited as me though....lol.....

Wow you will be able to feel complete again..........i dread the day when my children leave home and I dont have the security of knowing that they are safely tucked up in their warm beds where I can check on them at any time.

Any plans on if she must return......is this a holiday or for good!

What appointment do you have at the hospital? nothing serious is it?

It's good to see you posting how has the AS been treating you lately?

Amy tells me she is staying here now She is as bad as me and misses her family too much.She did a tour while over there,and went to Paris,Rome,Switzerland and heaps of other places,so she is more than happy to come home now!!!!
As for the hospital appointment,I`m seeing a new rheumy tomorrow and his office is in the hospital.I have waited months for this,hope he`s good.
