Hi Andrew,
after a period of successfully eliminating inflammation some of us do aquire a level of starch tolerance, which is to say we can tolerate the occasional starchfest without the retribution inflicted on you by the loaf. Sounds like you devoured the whole thing!

Hi Andrew,

My response to your question is that "it depends". When I just went straight No Starch and that is all I did, then I a modest toleration for the occasional starch eventually... but daily was out of the question.

Once I began working on healing GI and correcting dysbiosis my starch tolerance improved more noticeably.

My experience... others may have different experience. DakotaDan went NSD for a year followed by LSD for a year and now can eat pretty much anything he wants.

>> day later ive notice increase pain actally 24 hours later

yeah , thats what happens to me too when I eat wheat. And after 48 hours I am fairly normal again.

I went out all day yesterday, and had two meals that had sus ingredients. One meal was vegetarian and probably had wheat in the sauce, or perhaps gluten pieces (fake meat). Second thing was a Mars bar which has glucose syrup (derived from wheat).. a long shot but I do think I react to this kind of flucose syrup. Probably a wheat allergy caused by "leaky gut".

I broke the flair this morning by drinking about 3 cups of water with 2 drops of hydrogen peroxide mixed in. That is 2 drops from a bottle that is 3% pure. The peroxide has some kind of antimicrobial action. NOTE: Dont try using more peroxide than this, I have no idea what would happen.

I first heard about using peroxide in this way when reading a health book with a chapter on how to perform enemas (still have never tried an enema). Here is the text :

"..add a few drops (3-5) of 3% hydrogen peroxide for every litre of water, (equivalent to 1 drop of 30% of hydrogen peroxide per 2 litre of water). Be very careful not to exceed the specified concentrations of hydrogen peroxide. Similar concentration of hydrogen peroxide occur naturally in the rain water high in the mountains and in some springs (Lourdes, France). Hydrogen peroxide inside your bowel breaks down into pure water and pure oxygen. Extra oxygen is then used to oxidise toxins directly and serves as a safe antiseptic. Some of the free oxygen enters the blood stream right in the bowel, assisting greatly the surrounding cells in excreting toxins.."

H2O2 or hydrogen peroxide is often used as a bleach or an oxidising agent so obviously it kills bugs. It can be used instead of chlorine industrially, but is not as potent or cost effective.
It is a common 3rd world treatment for "tropical ear" (usually fungi and bateria) but not at all mild - instructions include "when the bubbling stops"... as it reacts with (or is catalysed by) the wax and produces oxgen gas.
It is also used in oxygen or ozone therapy - especially for bathing - where oxygen is said to be beneficial to the body and changes the body temperature. All a bit on the fringe though, especially ozone. Magnesium peroxide could be the perfect bath water... if it's true.
Some people whiten their teeth by bleaching with 3% peroxide, but it would kill the buccal flora and probably a few below that depending on what happens with the stomach acid.
A few drops may actually just kill off any bugs in the glass and certainly no problem as it degrades to water, but any large amount is a concern.

>> "when the bubbling stops"...

hahah oh my gosh... I dont know whether to laugh or cry . I have seen the words "oxygen therapy" and "ozone therapy" pop up many times and never really read them. I guess I thought it was a little too "alternative" for me... And thats for someone who likes to read stuff that is out on the fringe :-).

Yes, I am quite concerned that someone will take a bottle of 30% strength peroxide and end up taking 10 times the level found in nature.

oh hang on this book does have a section on ozone therapy. He suggests the use of a quartz lamp to generate UV rays, thus simulating the process of ozone creation in nature. I guess a quartz lamp is not the same as a halogen lamp (?), although both produce UV rays.

about time I started another thread, so I will create a new thread on "killing a flairup"...
