If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Andrew, In the early days my pain always favoured the left side. I still have some very troublesome peripheral symptoms only on the left, but these days all my axial pain exists equally to each side of my spine. Hello
In general, I find my left side is more affected. I do get pain on the right, but it doesnt occur as often. However, my general back pain is equal both sides.

After a couple of boughts of costochondritis, which started on my left and then spread equally to both sides of my rib cage, most of my pain was on my left side. It started on the left side of my neck and then spread gradually down to encompass everything on the left. The only time it got me on both sides after that was when it spread to my feet. Now both feet hurt pretty regularly (achilles tendonitis), both wrists and both sides of the back. All of the other pains shift from side to side. Christina

Hi, Andrew:
My early pains were mostly on the right side, especially the bursitis. I was certain it had to do with the amount of use and force I had subjected my right side to; I had been playing much racquetball just before the severe shoulder-locking bursitis on my right (I'm right-handed). Later, it evolved to include the left, albeit not quite as severe.
Of course, I don't have this any longer, sticking to the NSD.
Best Regards, John

I have times when it's all on my left - neck, thorasics, SI, knee, wrist, ankle. Today, what pain I have is kind of all over the place. But generally, if it's going to pick just one side, it's the left. Hugs, Kat
