Well i went to the floor this morning but so what? My hips are not holdin up so good and the legs and feet want to give out i used the old wheelchair part of the day and carefully back to cane, i know many of you have fallen or gone down to the ground or floor and i want you to know don't let it get you down , right back up as long as no injury and on with the day i am finding thinking about all the things wrong the ribs , the hips , neck etc. etc. painetc. is not healthy.
We can't let AS take living away and it will if we let it. i know iit is a very hard struggle and i am far along but i will be damned if i will let it rob me of life, and i hope it does no rob you, it is a strange very strange disease i have found with all the little extrras that can go with it IBS, iritis, rib and breathing probs and fusion for some . So we all realize that it is quite a bit more than just a little arthritis. For all of you down and out i am thinking of all of you brothers and sisters in this war to live . Carry on with the fight and when any of you get worn out and tired. rest and try to let go. God blessyou all .

Sorry to heaar about your fall. I remember a fall I took outside on a winter day a couple of years ago. It was early evening and I was in a parking lot. I was stepping over, so I thought, a mound of snow. NOt much of a mound but it doesn't take much some days. I trip and fall and had a heck of a time getting up. Where I was located was sorta of hidden so although I could hear folks passing nearby none could see me. If I had hollered I would have been heard but I didn't I took my time and somehow flipped my tortoise frame over in time and got to my feet. Boy that was a cold bunch of minutes and I'm pretty sure my pride would still compel me to make the same decision if it happened again. I don't know if I said welcome in any of your earlier post, so WELCOME!!!   stevec-they also serve who stand and wait
