If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello does anyone out there have the shakes like i do . Occasionally i start shaking my head like someone with Parkinsons but i don't have it. Opinions range from tired neck muscles, to i have stenosis or the nerves aren'gettin a clear path because of narrowing of spine and also born with a wrong shaped something can't think of it right now but supposed to be straight and is curved or other way around. all of the sudden i am bobbing my head and the shake rattle and roll begins!ha! Tremors do happen in several types of arthritis i am told and one doc i saw said that some of his patients have it so bad they fall down getting into the exam room. I have osteoporosis also like an 85 year old and I am only 50 oh well. Thanks to all who have greeted my and encouraged i think this is a great site and forums. peace, love and light to all of you. steve

YES!! Not in the neck or head, though. I have a TERRIBLE tremor in my hands. So bad sometimes that it becomes painful. It can be quite embarrasing, also. I'm a nurse, and it can be a bit nerve wracking for the patients when I'm giving them a shot. Luckily, I've learned to brace my wrist against them to stready my hand.
Not sure if it's related to the AS or not... they called it an essential tremor (after ruling out MS). They gave me a rx for barbituates... no thanks. I can hardly focus my eyes the day after taking them!!

Hi,
had this for years on and off, early last got real bad, but it's eased off after 6 months of preddy. i was originally put on that to shrink a central disc bulge c5-c6. comes back abit when inflammed.
Can be a bit worrying, but the Dr.s can do allsorts of quick tests to rule out red flag red flag stuff, but go and get it checked out!
Take care Davo!

Hi Steve Cook,
Try Transfer Factor, It performs like miracle on my AS. I reckon it's god-send immune system molecule . Starting 3 months ago and it has eased my pain.
Thyesan.
