If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I just figured out that I can eat hamburgers from fast food places. Drop the bun and eat everything else with mustard. I've been getting double meat ones so I have meat on both sides to hang onto. Lettuce, tomatoe and onions in the middle. Wish I had had the confidence in my dieting to do this before. Wow, so much for home cooking....

They will be selling them like that soon - I heard a report on the BBC saying that to meet the demands of Atkin's dieters one pub was selling customers beef/ckicken burgers which consist of chicken sandwiched between the two pieces of beef. If only I hadn't recently started a diet . . .
This we prescribe though no physician . . . Our doctors say this is no month to bleed. (Rich. II)

The fast food chains all appear to use 100% ground beef in their patties. Some of their hamburgers are dry enough to be used as bread already, hehe. I can't believe none of us has gotten rich with an NSD chain yet. No ambition or no money.

Allan, Your post remind me of someone who eat the same way as you do for Mc Donalds Cheese Burger - hopefully you are not offering the bun to me as he did Good day, Sinta

Gosh... I had the same thoughts as I read that post. Who could be so evil Tim Hope is only a post away with KickAS.

Yep, that's us, "thinking inside the bun." You haven't seen my husband eyeballing me at a restaraunt expecting the bun, croutons, or tortilla wraps I don't eat . And then when we come home the cats are all turning little circles around our legs at the front door if they smell any leftover takeout food. Then the raccoons and possums finish off anything the cats don't. It's a jungle out there, I tell ya. They're on to me.

Thinking inside the bun - we can make it as a slogan I realize that sometimes is bit weird for people watching how we eat, last time when eat in Mc Donalds and I toss away the bun, my sis look at me and said: you throw way half of your food. Yeah ... that's my sis who knows that I am on NSD, imagine if I have to dine out with friends. So, most of the time I stay away from junk food or food court junction Take care, Sinta

The best part about this is that fast food chains are catching on to the low-carb/low-starch lifestyle. You can go to In N Out Burger and ask for a burger "protein style." They will know exactly what you mean and serve you a burger sandwiched between lettuce. Now Carl's Jr. Is doing the same. It's so convenient!!! Think I'll grab one tomorrow. erin

I heard a TV commercial that Burger King was now offering a bunless hamburger, at participating restraunts! This keeps getting more convenient.
