If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello again,
I was just checking in on this thread. Please, please, please tell us you've been to a different doctor by now. I am so alarmed that an educated professional would say that there's no such thing as autoimmune eye disease (given that it accounts for 33-50% of cases of uveitis, depending on the study you cite), and that research is "bull". I hate to be harsh, but this is your vision. You are not receiving adequate treatment, and uveitis can blind you, quickly. Permanently.
Uveitis is the 3rd leading cause of PREVENTABLE blindness in the US. Please seek the care of an experienced doctor. It will be worth every single penny.
Some sites:
www.uveitis.org (Tons of up-to-date information, with a section to post a question to the famous Dr. Foster mentioned above)
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/uveitissupport/ (A support group for people dealing with uveitis)
