Something amazing happened this morning...
I woke up NOT in pain and NOT feeling super tight in need of a bath, a massage, and a stretch class! I even sneezed while lying down twice without wanting to scream. The amazing thing is that I didn't take any pain meds of any kind last night before bed. This is so unusual and it feels so great.
I have been abstaining from grains of all kinds for 4 solid days. I am hoping this is not a coincidence. I'll keep you posted on anymore progress. Yipee!

Good for you Erin! Just 4 days that is amazing. It took me about 2 weeks for me on the LSD before I got some relief. Although minimal, I think it has helped.

Hi Erin, that is good news! I felt a strange and unusual "freedom" after around three days also. It's been almost two months for me now on the NSD. The NSD seems to allow a body some level of comfort, which can then allow us the sensitivity to figure out all the other little things that cause pain.
