If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi all,
I read the previous post about swollen ankle but mine a little different. My left leg about 2 inches above left ankle has a bump. It looks swollen. I can feel a mass under there. Very odd. Not painful though. Any ideas on what this might be?
Thanks,
DebbieZ

Hi Debbie,
Could it be a ganglion? I have had one on my wrist before but not my ankle. It was not painfull and eventually just dissappeared. That is all I can think of. Maybe you should talk to your dr. about it just in case. Take care.

Hi DebbieZ - Ah ganglions... I'm starting to feel like a train wreck ... I get ganglions on my wrist and they can be quite painful. Also, I get cysts everywhere else... I guess you probably would do well to have a doctor evalutate your ankle to rule out anything serious . Have you tried ice? -McMom
