Sinta....you made me laugh ! I have the little puffy areas around tummy.....no hip problems...but STILL would prefer no problems with weight!

As for exercise....never ever too late......I know that first hand. I was never very athletic and when I met Arthur we started workin out....and I really leaned out and gained muscle....it was amazing the changes...and I had not even modified my diet....worked out on weights and stepper.....and was quite fit for about 6 1/2 yrs UNTIL the AS struck..and once I went in for back surgery........lost mass amount of muscle...... Now hopefully I will be going to progressive pt next month to help my legs out....I long to be as strong as I used to be and hope that someday I will be there again...one can never give up hope right?
