How many of you out there have experienced a decrease in chest expansion?
On my last Dr. visit, my expansion was measured and it was only a couple of centimeters. The Doc had a very concerned look about him, until I told him it had been that way for quite some time, and that I didn't feel as though my breathing capacity was diminished. He recommended I go in to be tested for lung capacity, or something like that. I never have, figuring it woudn't make much difference... Again, I have no medical insurance so everything is out of pocket (needless to say, I'm broke.... HA!)
Is anyone else out there going through this?
