Me to ... what is SCD? Been learning paleo and NSD thank heavens for pintrest. BettyRawker is great to. Thought I was on top of it but still learning..
SCD is the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. Oh I almost forgot I need to do low fodmaps as well.....
