the question was not directed to you my friend, but to our new member. i've just confirmed your supposition. i am aware of your condition, i've read your posts here :), since we are stuck in a quite similar situation.
good to see that you manage well. i've chosen another path - a more restrictive diet than nsd - and it's ok, i've achieved a long term remission.
the only thing that i cannot control is stress. it has a great impact on my condition. can put me in a short term flare even if other factors are under control. but that's another story.

34. Some rheumys say AS stage 1-2 some others say USpA Also UC - rectocolitis. UC curently in remission since feb 2011. AS/USpA remission march-aug 2011. Flare - sept-nov 2011 (antibiotics). Remission now... Modified NSD/SCD. Cook your own ! ____________________________________________________________ Mesalazine-Salofalk 500 mg/day And the list of my medication has become verry short after some years on this diet
