My Mom gave me a gift last night that is a heating pad for my neck (I'm the 'abby normal' that when my remission stopped, AS came back in full force in my neck).http://www.soap.com/p/sunbeam-885-000-re...amp;cagpspn=plaSue mentioned the ice and for the last few days I have been cutting a path to the freezer and it IS helping. Thanks Everyone for the suggestions (funny how the logical things don't always jump out for us).
