If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Jeffo, Sorry I did not see your question until now. I am basically doing the seignalet diet and nsd diet. I have to be really strict and I can't have many oils, animal products, grains, nighshades. My diet is so strict that I fit into the Siengnalet diet.I still fudge and have dark chocolate that has some milkfat in it. I try really hard to stick to this diet, it makes me feel better. I think what I need to do is a juice fast for a week or so and see if that helps me even more than I am now. Are you doing a diet for your AS?
The Seingnalet diet does not come up first on the blog, you have to search for it on the blog by searching "seignalet" A you tube video comes up with it too.
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise
