Hi Shari, I think on the weight gain with me, a few pounds is re-hydration, a few pounds can probably be attributed to muscle conversion and I went to the NSD forum and got some dessert recipes and I keep baked goods on hand...I love my sweets, that's for sure!!! I'm still about 15 pounds down but I'm firming up nicely with all the exercise I'm doing now that my pain levels are down.... I hope all is well with you...big hugs, my friend!!!!
