Thanks for the information Zark, my enthesitis pain is excruciating in knees,feet and elbow, and moderate in my shoulders, since I hadn't took my NSAID for two days, and keen to not take it again. I have asked a friend for marijuana to help me for pain.
I will see if I can find 'rutin', can I also take buckwheat? is it starchy?
