Great Post, I do believe this should be on the main forum. Think about it, Docs put many years and money they don't have, into education, internship, residency, specialty. When most have moved on with life, and family, they are still studying, and practicing for a life of healing the sick. Most of us would balk and complain if we had to work the hours most docs do, but expected to be super human. Doctors get just as frustrated as we do when a diagnosis can't be found or a surgery doesn't work out, after all, they spent 10 to 15 years "learning medicine". People must remember that docs are human not super human. Next time you see one of you docs, stop and ask him how he's doing.
