EXERCISE! That, along with laying on my front for 20 minutes at a time, ice and heat and NSAIDS. I do a gentle martial art called Boabom or Seamm Jasani. Look it up! It's great. Usually 2 times a day I spend about 30 minutes meditating and doing a routine and it has helped to some degree. Sorry about the pain brother but you have to do what you can to control the beast.
