If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Everyone, How's everyone doing? I thought I would drop in and say hello since it has been a while since my last visit. I myself have been doing pretty good most of the time (considering), and I have been keeping busier than ever.
Ever since being dehydrated during the very hot weather a couple of weeks ago, I have been growing tired of having my daily glass of lemon-lime pop. Ice water is the 'in thing' for me now, and I have already dropped 3 pounds since avoiding the pop. The only problem there is, for some reason the pop used to help ease my colitis symptoms (bloating) and help keep heartburn away. I'll find a way to work around that though. Maybe it was the bubbles lol.
I have been keeping very busy with online classes, helping my brother out when I can, I traveled out of state twice (first time in roughly 10 years), visiting friends and relatives (as usual), and helping someone who has started a forum of their own, and so on. I didn't do so bad while traveling because wasn't in too much pain or anything like that, but it sure made me sleep my head off when I got back.
I've had some bad days though, like my fatigue and my thumbs and SI's hurting more than they ever have, but it comes and goes like most everything else. My Iritis keeps 'trying' to act up too, but luckily it hasn't for a long time now. Overall I have been pretty good otherwise.
Sue, one of our parakeets suddenly passed away. I think she literally got scared to death when she was about to have her toenails clipped. Brenda and I both took it really hard. The other parakeet wasn't taking the news well at all either so we had to find him another friend, who is a white male parakeet with purple edges on the his feathers. They get along great, but the new one is still adjusting to his new home. We don't have a name for him yet.
Take care, James

HLA-B27+, JRA diagnosis in 1981, re-diagnosed as AS in 1988. Also iritis, colitis, and psoriasis. NSD + low carb helps me. My health makes it hard for me to post in a timely way.
