What do you guys eat for protein in the morning besides eggs? I've tried smoked salmon and coconut pancakes and almond flour muffins. Any ideas for an easy breakfast?

Yes -- I was allergic to milk when very young, but thought I grew out of it. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Both whey & casein milk proteins showed up as moderate food sensitivities when I took a food intolerance test last year. Yogurt protein is changed in the fermenting process and happens not to be a problem for me; butter is also ok because it has so little milk protein.

Getting one of those food intolerance tests could be a big help for you as well -- I was having some problems with NSD until I found out about my food intolerances. For instance I started out eating lots of eggs, which is a common suggestion for coping with NSD, but it was counter-productive because too much egg whites really irritated my gut.
