If you can get your hands on goat-milk yogurt, I'd go with that. Goat's milk proteins are more similar to those found in human milk, than the proteins found in cow's milk.

The problem with most yogurts found in stores is that they are loaded with sugar. The 0% fat craze is out of control. There are usually only one or two kinds, out of seemingly hundreds, that I eat. Look for yogurt with the highest fat, which always means the lowest sugar, in the form of lactose or added sugars.
