I had the injection once by a doctor who specialized in these kinds of guided cortisone shots in the si joint, I thought it was a piece of cake(and I am somewhat of a chicken) - but it didn't help me at all. I have read the other posts and I see some people got some relief, hope you will too. Don't be afraid, it's a cake walk honey.
