Has your rheumatologist considered Enbrel for you? I specify that one over the other biologic meds because Enbrel has been found to work extremely well on psoriasis as well as AS. My sweetie has Psoriatic Arthritis (the SpA that goes hand in hand with psoriasis, and resembles AS a fair bit in some cases) and he found that when he went on Enbrel, not only did the arthritis pain ease to the point he could brush his teeth again, but that his psoriasis almost completely cleared up. Just a thought.
