There were many posters at SAA that complained about that test. Many women who answered the questions were told that they didn't have AS. If the same women answered all the questions in the same way but checked the male box, they were told they were positive for AS. I don't think SAA will be backing that test for long. They have the same situation that we have here, many women who are negative on the blood test but end up, after many years of pain, with damage to their SIJ showing up on x-rays and MRIs.
I have read many of the publications from SAA and I found them very helpful.
