hi kevin, I am new here and haven't replied to any posts yet but when I read yours I felt compelled to reply. I am so sorry for your pain, I am just coming through a period of perhaps by my worst pain yet and have never felt so desperate. I hope you get through this soon? I to am wondering if it is the fentanyl patch you are on? I tried them because the percocet I was on wasn't working anymore. I made the mistake of taking a really hot shower with it on and accidently overdosed. I ended up in the hospital for 3 days. The patch was on my upper arm and the doc told me to keep it someplace where the water doesn't hit it directly. Just a heads up, good luck and I hope they help.
