If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Each of us has to find and live with the diet that works best for them. I really liked being on the Atkins diet. I lost lots of weight and I felt great. Unfortunately, I have a family of 6 and we couldn't afford for everyone to have as much protein as I was trying to eat. A high protein diet is very expensive. I found that it was necessary to stretch out whatever meat, eggs & cheese that we could afford with lots of rice, pasta and potatoes. I try to provide lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. I have a large garden and I freeze, dehydrate and can as much as possible. I do not give them much in the way of sweets, I use fruit for many of our deserts.
The truth is that the low/no starch diet is a luxury that most families cannot afford.
