I share Jroc's point of view. You can never kill al kb's inside your gut, so as long as your gut "leakes" they have free passage throuch our body.
There are not always KB's that pass through the gut membrane. There's an unfineshed discussion in this forum about lectines and what they can do to us - lectines are not found only in starchy foods...
Also there are other bacterias that can cause arthritic flares, it does not always have to be KB - as you al know our flares do not come up always where expected and by the book.
But as Kiwi says - as long as it works we'll do it and wait for the science to fill the gap. If it ever will...
