If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

My niece ( the one who is now 16 and has AS she is also the one that was having problems with her feet) was up for a nice visit on Sunday of course we were chatting about this and that and I asked how she was doing with her arthritis and when she sees her doctor again. She said that she doesn't know when she has to see him and she doesn't want to go back to him because he doesn't do anything for her. She said that he asks her some questions then gives her a slip for xrays and blood work and then on the next visit doesn't mention either one and gives her a slip for more. She said that her knees are killing her and she has trouble going up and down stairs and why bother going to the doctor when they don't do anything. So this morning I was talking to her Mother and asked how my nice was feeling of course she said fine there was nothing bothering her. I told her that this was wrong and explained why I then told her to make an appointment with her doctor and get a referral for a rheumy. Gee I could cry when i think of what she is going through and what she still has to face .
Take care Valerie
