yes jay,
my understanding is that if used properly, homeopathy works as you describe it, and i think there is scientific validity to it. like with herbs, they do have a real place in medicine, but like anything else are not a cure all and can be used improperly.
for instance, when i was having real problems with my stomach, not only was i taking prilosec and when needed, mylanta, but i found teas of ginger, mint, chamomile to be very healing. however when i'd go to the herb shop to buy my herbs to make tea, the people working there would make it sound like any one herb could cure anything from indigestion to cancer.
we just have to critically evaluate things. can't believe everything we see and hear but important to not disbelieve everything either.
