Great to hear from you. Actually had a bad time for the last 9 months and the NSD actually has not helped one bit - for the first time ever ! BUT get this. It is the first time I have been told by the doctor to go for IBUPROFEN so been hitting that big time for the last 8 months.
All makes sense now if I understand DragonSlayers comments on Leaky Gut Syndrome & NSAIDS.
As for the doctor prescribing antibiotics - I have to say she was brilliant. Listening to the Klebsiella theory, and genuinely interested in the Ebringer info. next time I am in. She spent time looking at her books to find out the best antibiotic to fight Klebsiella, and taking a mucus sample as I have been coughing up a small amount of phlem.
Also been back to her a few times in the last 9 months, so I guess she is running out of options/ideas.
So that leaves me just on the parecetemol & codein - after a very painful weekend (probably withdrawing from Ibuprofen) thinking that I'll need to get worse before getting better (i.e. less pain releif and a few days before the antibiotics kick in).
