It is weird isn't it? Usually it stays in one plac
e for about two to three days and then it very quickly moves to the next place. I should keep a record to see if there is a regular pattern to it. It is nice to know I am not the only one, I have almost driven myself crazy trying to figure out WHY.




Does it feel like muscle spasms or tendonitis to you?

The weirdest one I have gotten is where it starts in my ribs, hangs out for a couple days, then moves up my collar bone.

The shoulder/neck one seems like muscle spasms. When I use a muscle relaxant before bedtime it feels a lot better.
