How much folate you taking? when in the week do you get the headaches? I find day 3 or 4 the neck is pretty nasty if I can get through those days it changes and less neuro pain/involvement.
Been on it for 3 months, now 10mg and still 12.5 preddy.....still seeing some easing esp the first 2 days after meds, the weeks when there's no big improvement in that period the last few days of the week are a reminder and I guess I'm flaring below the waters.
I do see any obvious side effects, headaches get lost somewhere anyway and moving stretching cracking helps......
