Hi Adam,
My husband is taking 40mg of Bextra a day - 20mg morning and night. No problems so far & no side effects. Being of the cox-2 inhibitor family it should do less damage to stomach etc than traditional anti-flams but time will tell I guess.
Celebrex & Arcoxia (also cox-2 drugs) didn't seem to work so he's sticking with Bextra. The only over-the-counter type he tried was Voltaren which seemed to work well but that can stuff up your stomach etc long-term.
