Hi Allan,
I'm a coffee drinker like my mom, so I need a cup of coffee in the morning, black and sweet, no dairy, no creamer.
I don't have any problem with it - related to inflammation problem - a cup of coffee in the morning or after lunch certainly bring me more positive energy through out the day.
A cup a day - that's all I need and certainly it won't bring any negative impact to me.
